While we make every effort to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, Lush Farms shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, accidents, transportation failures, strikes, weather conditions, governmental actions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

By placing an order with Lush Farms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, including the potential for reasonable delays and service interruptions. Any claims arising out of shipping disputes must be raised in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and within the designated time frames.

This Shipping Policy does not constitute a legally binding agreement to deliver products under any specific conditions unless expressly stated in writing. All deliveries are subject to product availability and serviceable locations.

At Lush Farms, we are committed to delivering nature’s freshest dairy products right to your doorstep. Our focus is on authenticity, purity, and your satisfaction—because you deserve nothing less than premium quality with every order.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently offer doorstep delivery across select areas within Hyderabad. You can check delivery availability during checkout by entering your PIN code.

2. Delivery Days & Timings

To maintain peak freshness, our dairy deliveries are scheduled daily, with the following slots:

  • Morning : 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (subject to local logistics and weather conditions)

3. Order Processing & Freshness Promise

Every product is prepared and packed the same day it’s dispatched, ensuring maximum freshness. Our cold-chain logistics and insulated packaging keep your dairy safe and chilled during transit.

  • Milk & Flavored Milk: Delivered within 12 hours of processing

  • Butter, Paneer & Lassi: Dispatched fresh and refrigerated for optimal shelf life

 

4. Packaging

We use eco-friendly, reusable glass bottles and sustainable materials that preserve quality and reflect our commitment to the environment.

5. Subscription Deliveries

Enjoy hassle-free dairy deliveries with our daily, alternate-day, or custom subscription plans. Modify, pause, or resume anytime via your account dashboard.

 

6. Delays & Service Interruptions

While we strive for timely, seamless delivery every day, certain factors beyond our control may occasionally cause disruptions, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Local strikes or curfews

  • Traffic restrictions or natural calamities

  • Sudden equipment or transport breakdowns

  • Government or regulatory interventions

In such rare cases:

  • We will proactively inform you via SMS/email/app notifications

  • Your order may be rescheduled to the next available slot

  • Subscription deliveries will be automatically adjusted or extended
