Returns & Refund Policy

At Lush Farms, your satisfaction and trust are at the heart of everything we do. We take immense care to ensure every product that reaches you is fresh, safe, and of the highest quality. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

1. Perishable Product Policy

As dairy products are perishable in nature, returns are not accepted once the item has been delivered and accepted by the customer. However, if there is a quality issue or the product arrives damaged or spoiled, we will address it promptly.
Customers must report issues (e.g., spoilage, packaging leaks) within 12 hours of delivery via the app/website/customer care to be eligible for support.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product was leaking, broken, or damaged on arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was spoiled or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • Please raise a request within 12 hours after delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as evidence

  • Retain the product (unconsumed) for pickup, if needed for inspection

We are unable to process any refund/replacement requests beyond the specified time, as product quality and taste can no longer be reliably assessed.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 24–48 hours of complaint verification.

 

3. How to Raise a Request

  • Or use the 'Help & Support' section in your Lush Farms account to raise a Refund request

 

4. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credits or via bank transfer

 

5. Subscription Orders

If there’s a delivery issue with a subscription product, we will:

  • Replace the product at no extra cost (where applicable)

  • Or adjust the refund/credit in your next billing cycle

Note:

  • Minimum Subscription duration may apply (ex: 7 days)

  • No refunds for subscription plans once the delivery cycle begins

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges
